WE ARE

This big manor Villa, lying on an hill ( 250 mt) with marvellous view on Volterra and on the countryside of Florence and Siena, belonged to a noble family Leonori Cecina.
Restored with extreme care by the actual owners, is surrounded by a park of 10.000 metres, rich of old cypresses, olives; in the garden there is a beautiful tank and a swimming pool ( 7 x 14 ) opened from June to September. In the annex few metres far from the Villa there is a cellar, a recreation room for tasting Tuscan wines, a relaxing room.
The Villa is composed by three stores. The pavements are terracotta tiles made, the furniture is plain, there are some original restored pieces.

At the ground floor: hall, wide kitchen with suggestive fireplace, pantry room, two small bathrooms and two bedrooms with shared bath. At the first floor: five double rooms ( four with internal bath and one with private bath but outside).
At the second floor: five double rooms ( four bedrooms with internal bath and one with private bath but external).

All bathrooms are provided of shower boxes.
The bedrooms are very large, (measure from 20 to 30 square metres).
Its location lets our country house to be identified as prestigious reference point for those who want to enrich their holiday with the major towns of artistic interest of the Tuscany, it is, as matter of fact, at the centre of the more attractive towns like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and naturally Volterra.
