THE VILLA -Weekly tenancy

Picturesque and typical Villa from 1800, restored in plain way, leaving still the antique structure as the pavements in terracotta tiles it was built as country house dedicated to the noble family Leonori. It's still present a small mausoleum in the suggestive church of 1700, still dedicated and adjacent to the Villa. Location quite and original in a ancient and small village, at the centre of a farm with production of wine, olive oil and jams.
Beautiful view on the country and on the tower bells of Volterra on the horizon. In front of the Villa, terrace of gravel and suggestive garden of olives with sunny pool below the level , 50 metres far from the house.

THE VILLA - B&B

Starting from 2000 after a considerable renovation, it has became a B & B.
Tullio e Dorella are the managers. In the morning breakfast is served from 8 till 10 in the annex. The ancient cellar of 700' with the radial ceiling in original bricks and the cotto original paviments,has been today readjusted to restaurant saloon. We serve our jams ( figs, strawberry grapes and quince ) and our cakes. On request at lunchtime we can offer by the swimming pool typical food, cold meats and cheeses.
