THE VILLA

Picturesque and typical Villa from 1800, restored in plain way, leaving still the antique structure as the pavements in terracotta tiles it was built as country house dedicated to the noble family Leonori. It's still present a small mausoleum in the suggestive church of 1700, still dedicated and adjacent to the Villa. Location quite and original in a ancient and small village, at the centre of a farm with production of wine, olive oil and jams.
Beautiful view on the country and on the tower bells of Volterra on the horizon. In front of the Villa, terrace of gravel and suggestive garden of olives with sunny pool below the level , 50 metres far from the house.
Furniture simple but complete, country and in part antique, in perfect harmony with the environment. Central heating. Three daily hours of cleaning, from Monday to Friday ( from 10 to 13) included in the price- hairdryer in the bathroom at the first and second floor.
Entry to the property through a dirt road in good condition, 550 metres long and uphill. Ideal location for those who love the atmosphere of the ancient experienced country house.

In front the house, terrace of gravel and garden olive with swimming pool ( 14v m x 7 m), depth 1, 50 m, opening time 02/ 05 - 03/10).
Parking in the property. To be requested at the booking time and to be paid in loco: camping baby bed ( included in the price), extra bed ( euro 25, 00 per night), typical food, breakfast and tasting wines in a characteristic place with arched ceilings , 10 metres far from the Villa, kitchen and knitting courses.




Ground floor: dining room, big kitchen rustic style ( oven, small microwave oven ,small electric oven. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with big fireplace and table, small store room, a bedroom with private bathroom and shower ( window), bathroom with shower.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms, 4 with bathroom ensuite, 1 with adjacent private facilities (all with shower cabins).
Second floor: 5 double bedrooms, 4 with bathroom ensuite, 1 with adjacent private facilities (all with shower cabins).
In a depandance 10 metres far: big dining room with picturesque corners, fireplace and TVsat.
