Villa Montaperti ( special offer 2006)
To launch the new season, for which we have transformed our villa from a bed and breakfast to a weekly – rental Villa, we are offering our clients the following special offer valid only for weekly rentals in 2006.
Villa Montaperti offers 6 double bed-rooms (for a total of 12 guests) each with its own private bathroom, with the possibility of adding single beds to the rooms for a maximum of 16 guests. The other rooms in the villa include the kitchen, dining room, living room, garden and pool ( only open from may onwards). In an adjacent building ( included in the rental) there is also a Television room ( with satellite TV and fireplace).
Service included.
• cleaning of the pool and garden areas
• kitchen gas
• electricity and water ( normal use, for extremely high usages and additional for make be asked)
• final cleaning of the Villa
• and daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms ( not linen changes)
• The price also included utilities for normal usage and the final cleaning.
