Rates are understood as weekly rental with arrival and departure on Saturday for up to a maximum of 20 guests.

Rates include:
Use of water, electricity, and gas
Initial linens for bed and bathroom
Free internet Wi – fi (pc not available)
1 Mid-week cleaning

The rates does not include
Use of air conditioning and heat.

Use of water above 10 M3, use of electricity above 150 kw per week and gpl for cooking above 10 liters.
These rates do not include the use of the villa for events and weddings; for wedding and event there will be an extra charge; please send us an email to info@montaperti.com for detailed information about your wedding at Villa Montaperti
The rate for final cleaning of 300.00 Euro is not included in the rate.

Conditions and Terms of Payment:
Check-in: 16:00-18:00
Check-out: 10:00

Deposit: 30% of total amount within 5 days from the date of reservation (by bank transfer or postal money order)

Balance: In cash, in Euros at the arrival.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept.
